Baffin founder and former President Paul Hubner has taken Baffin products to some of the most demanding environments on Earth, including the North Pole, South Pole, Everest, Mt. Rainier and Peru, along with countless other adventures. An outdoor enthusiast since his youth, Paul led winter camping trips in Temagami, Northern Ontario, before going on to spend more than 30 years at the forefront of the footwear industry.

Throughout his time with Baffin, Paul played an integral role in product design, development and testing. His passion for experiencing products firsthand in real-world conditions helped shape Baffin’s approach to product development and laid the foundation for the brand’s Real-World Testing philosophy.
